LULU & MARVIN
A Tail of Two Loved Rescues
FIRST A LITTLE ABOUT LULU...
Lulu is a beautiful, 14 years young rescued border collie with a delightful "split face" -- looking one way she has a dark black face and looking the other, a white face.
Her parents, Margie and Jim M., wanted to capture their sweet girl in images as they weren't sure how much more time they would have with her. Lulu was diagnosed with stage two kidney failure and though she is doing overall well, Margie noted that she could see Lulu slowing down a little, not rising to greet them at the door and sometimes having to wake her up to make sure she's ok.
When we met at the Jacksonville Arboretum for Lulu's session, Lulu was a joy to work with and honestly, she was so happy and her parents take such incredible care of her, you would never have guessed she was edging up on 14 at the time.

But Wait... Who Is Lulu's Adorable Sidekick?
MARVIN!
Marvin is a rescued Lhasa Apso. On the day of Lulu's session, he came along for the ride and ended up being an adorable poser himself.
