OH MY GOODNESS, WHERE DO I EVEN START WITH THIS SESSION?

 THE CAST OF CHARACTERS

MALIA: This little six month old puppy had a really rough start. Her front legs were so bowed and knuckled over from malnourishment that she couldn't walk. With lots of love from her foster mom, daily swimming, good nutrition and veterinary attention, you WOULD NEVER KNOW she had such a rough start. Foster mom Stephanie says she thought for sure this gorgeous blue brindle pitty would require surgery but look at her now!

Also Malia: took off running for the condo parking lot to go home. Caught, back to her session and was perfect for the duration.

MONTE: 9 years young black lab who gives a perfect head cock every single time. 

Also Monte: the dog with the perfect sit-stay (who didn't move when Malia took off) is also the one who wanted to humble his mom and took off down the empty beach, disappearing into the incoming marine layer.

DUCKY: The dog who knows no strangers, loves all dogs (big and small) and is the perfect fellow to help raise dogs new to rescue. He teaches good manners and how to "dog." 

Also Ducky: Took off after Monte (we could say it was to bring his wayward dog friend back but we know better...) and had very selective hearing for any recall words that might have been spoken to him. He did slow down to inspect a dead pelican on the beach but also disappeared in the mist with Monte.

JERRY: A special puppy who suffered from malnourishment as a little guy (that's why he's got that adorable "smile"). Known to take on the role of "mom" to all incoming puppies to rescue, he's a sweetie.

Also Jerry: Actually, "also Jerry" is that he was the only perfect dog on the beach and he wants everyone to know that.
